This was our first time at Mark's and won't be our last. We were immediately greeted by a smile and she easily answered our questions. I ordered the cabbage rolls with added order of hummus. All was excellent, some of the better tabouli I've eaten since Freddy's closed. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. Taking home enough for dinner tonight. The owner greeted us and was very personable. Just wish I had taken pics.

So what the *#@$ is going on with Sapulpa food these days? How have I been missing out this long? Came here with my son's family a couple of weeks ago after going to White Bison. A nice Greek man and his Creek significant other run this trailer just off 66 near Linden St. in Sapulpa. Everything we got was fantastic, shrimp salad, chicken sandwich, sausage and taters were all phenomenal. The way this guy does his chicken has to be tasted to be believed. Perfect texture, perfect seasoning. He will likely comp u a couple samples as you wait for ur food and if u ordered anything without the chicken, ur proly regretting it. Fantastic portions and to top it off comped us a very tasty piece of their cheesecake. They not on the menu but they also have traditional Greek items like cabbage rolls and stuffed grapeleaves. Normally I don't like to leave reviews for places I keep going back to regularly, but I am making an exception for this place. If it wasn't in Sapulpa, I'd likely eat here a couple of times a week easy. Truly excellent food.

Mark’s Snack Shack

If you’re cruising through Sapulpa, Oklahoma, there’s one stop locals and road-trippers alike rave about — Mark’s Snack Shack at 820 E Dewey Ave Sapulpa, OK 74066. Whether you're craving comfort food, a quick bite, or a cozy spot to unwind, marks snack shack brings that small-town flavor with big-time heart.

A Sapulpa favorite where the food speaks for itself

Walk up to Mark’s Snack Shack, and you’ll know exactly why it’s become a staple of Oklahoma’s roadside dining scene. It’s not a sprawling chain or a polished franchise — it’s a modest shack with a magnetic charm and a menu that keeps folks coming back. Locals will tell you the same thing: it’s homemade, it’s hearty, and it hits just right.

Their signature burgers are the talk of the town — freshly grilled, stacked high, and dripping with flavor. The Chili Cheese Dog, a cult favorite, turns a classic into something legendary. Every item is made to order, and there’s something comforting about watching your meal come together right from the window.

But it’s not just the food — it’s the atmosphere. There’s a sense of community here. You might show up as a first-timer, but you’ll leave feeling like part of the family. That’s what makes Mark’s Snack Shack stand out among diners in the area — the realness, the warmth, and the unapologetic flavor.

A menu packed with flavor and personality

What’s on the menu at marks snack shack? You’re in for a lineup of diner-style favorites with just the right amount of Oklahoma flair. From their loaded Frito Pie to crunchy fried pickles, everything is bold, satisfying, and portioned like they mean it.

And let’s talk about the tater tots — golden, crispy, and the perfect sidekick to just about anything. Pair them with a smash burger and a cold drink, and you've got yourself a no-nonsense meal that hits the spot whether it's lunch, dinner, or somewhere in between.

For those with a sweet tooth, their milkshakes are thick, rich, and made the old-fashioned way — with scoops of real ice cream and just enough syrup to get nostalgic. This isn't just food; it’s a throwback to the kind of eating that doesn’t rush, doesn’t compromise, and certainly doesn’t disappoint.

A spot that delivers more than just great food

Besides the mouthwatering menu, what really defines Mark’s Snack Shack is the experience. This isn’t a fancy restaurant where you need a reservation or a dress code. It’s a spot where construction workers, college students, families, and solo foodies all gather for one simple reason: it’s damn good.

You’ll often find regulars chatting at picnic tables, friendly banter between the staff and customers, and that unmistakable smell of freshly grilled meat wafting through the air. It’s an atmosphere that feels lived-in, like your favorite hoodie or your go-to playlist.

Even when lines get long — and trust us, they do — it’s worth the wait. Every plate served feels like a small celebration of what diner food should be: generous, affordable, and unforgettable.

Local love, rave reviews, and a reputation that keeps growing

With more and more travelers discovering the gem that is Mark’s Snack Shack, it’s no surprise their reviews are glowing. From Google Maps to Yelp, people rave about the consistency, the flavors, and the friendliness.

Customers praise the attention to detail, the fact that everything is cooked fresh, and the way even a simple grilled cheese can feel like a masterpiece. Folks often mention how it reminds them of home — not in a manufactured nostalgia way, but in a genuine, belly-warming way that’s hard to fake.

And the location couldn’t be better. Nestled right on E Dewey Ave, it’s easy to find, easy to park, and even easier to fall in love with. If you're mapping out a food crawl or looking for the next hidden gem, don’t skip this one.
